ACADZ Libraries™ - Simulation Software
that works with Extend™
ACADZ Libraries™ are Extend™
based icons for modeling semiconductor
and electronics factories. Included are semiconductor tools that can be quickly
cut and pasted together to create a simulation model of an existing factory.
This simplifies and speeds up model building of semiconductor FABs,
electronics assembly factories and automated material handling systems.

ACADZ Libraries™ - Simulation Software
Training Use Extend™ and ACADZ Libraries™ to build, experiment
with, and understand continuous and discrete event models. Understand
the Extend™ and ACADZ Libraries™ block approach for model building,
and experience how sensible and navigable models and templates are
formed through the features of hierarchy, cloning, animation, graphic
design, customization, and custom blocks.
Q-Efficient™ - Scrap Reduction System
ACADZ, Inc.'s WIP tracking and control system Q-Efficient™
increases efficiencies in decision making to help maximize profit.
The intelligent Q-Efficient™ devices ensure each product’s recipes
are faithfully followed by
preventing operators from putting a LOT on the wrong tool or process.
Eliminating product process flow errors Q-Efficient™ saves you both
time and money by reducing rework, scrap and work-in-process
(WIP). In addition to process control, the Q-Efficient™ system
can be integrated with the MIVP® Cycle-Time & Cost
Reduction System (US Patent approved November 2004) to dynamically direct product starts and flows.
Finally, the Q-Efficient™ devices can be interfaced with your MES,
SCM or ERP for more accurate forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
MIVP® - Cycle Time & Cost Reduction
System
These scheduling rules complement your existing system while reacting
to variability on the factory floor to constantly minimize expensive
inventory at each machine throughout the factory to reduce cycle time
and costs. The cycle time for a process and its work-in-process
(WIP) inventory are linked, so that improvements in the efficiency
of a process can be measured by either cycle time or inventory.
The MIVP® policies eliminate the instantaneous inventory build-ups
that develop when there is any unplanned interruption in a manufacturing
process saving time and money.
