Dynamic Simulation Software

The ACADZ Semiconductor Library™ and Automated Material Handling Systems Library™ (AHMS) simulation software tools are add-on modules to the Extend™ Simulation software from Imagine That, Inc. In order to run the simulation modules you must download the latest Free Player version of Extend™ (see below).

ACADZ Semiconductor Library™ and ACADZ AMHS Library™ help semiconductor and electronic firms model their extremely complex discrete event manufacturing processes. Sample models demonstrate how factories with a dynamic production mix are modeled to produce reports on cycle time of devices, capacity of machines and/or machine groups, bottlenecks, and changing batch sizes in real time.

There are two modules of Icons built by ACADZ

·         ACADZ Semiconductor Library™  (For modeling discrete multi-product semiconductor and electronic manufacturing processes)

·         ACADZ AMHS Library™ (For modeling discrete automated material handling systems in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing processes)

Please download and try the modules on the player version. Prices of the modules are on the right. Note: You MUST own Extend Suite™ or Extend Industry™to use these modules.

.1 Go get the Free Player from Imagine That, Inc.
You must Download the Free Extend 6 Player (21.3 MB) from Imagine That, Inc. web site then install it to run the above models.
